What spafe collects, what it doesn't, and the cookies affiliate links set. Built to be browsed privately.
Plenty of people visit this site in a private window, and we get it. spafe is built to be used without an account, and we keep data collection to the minimum. This page explains what’s collected and why.
What we collect
- Anonymous analytics. We measure which pages and tools get used, in aggregate, to improve the site. This is not tied to your identity.
- The finder and calculator. When you use them, your answers such as girth and priorities are processed to return a recommendation and may be logged anonymously to improve the tools. They are not linked to you.
- Email you send us. If you contact us, we keep your message and email address so we can reply.
What we do not do
We do not require registration, we do not sell data, and we do not build advertising profiles. That is deliberate, given the topic and how privately many people browse it.
Cookies and affiliate links
When you click a buy link, the retailer such as Amazon Australia may set a cookie so any purchase is credited to us. This is how the affiliate arrangement works. Those cookies belong to the retailer, and their handling is covered by the retailer’s own privacy policy.
