Affiliate disclosure

We like to keep things straightforward, so here it is plainly. spafe carries affiliate links. When you buy through some of the buy buttons on this site, currently Amazon Australia, we may earn a small commission. This page explains exactly how that works, in plain terms, as the ACCC expects.

What an affiliate link is

An affiliate link carries a code that tells the retailer we referred you. If you buy after clicking one, the retailer pays us a percentage of the sale. You pay the normal price, and the commission comes out of the retailer margin rather than your pocket.

What it does not change

• The price you pay. It is identical whether you use our link or go direct.
• The order of any table. Comparisons and cheapest per unit rankings are sorted by the data, so a commission never moves a product up a list.
• Which products we include. We list every condom sold in Australia we can verify, affiliate relationship or not.

Where the labels are

Any buy button that earns us a commission sits with a visible disclosure. Retailers we cannot yet link or price are shown as plain available at labels, with no link and no commission, until we have a proper feed for them. How prices are collected is on the methodology page.
